This is to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel for compulsory ads before caller tunes.
Before prepaid caller tune services there are compulsory ads about the service including company selected songs, which is unjustified as the consumer is paying for his song selection and it should be played immediately. Delay of which the call is picked up and results in tarnished image and loss of contacts.
Also, from approx. a minute of calling, due to wastage of time by ads, selected caller tune service duration is compromised.
The company shall advertise towards the end or not at all as its a paid service.
This is to request compensation for tarnishing image; loss of contacts and cheating masses with this scheme.
