Adidas AMbi-mall, Gurgaon store is not addressing Complaint of defected shoes

Hi Colleagues,

I have purchased an adidas shoes from Planet Retail Holdings Pvt. LTD (Adidas AMBI-Mall,Gurgaon (Ph.0124-4029181)). After wearing couple of times .. Shoes ‘sole’ started weathering.

Being an Adidas product it’s not expected. But still they don’t want to change my shoes.
