Dear Sir, I had taken a car loan against purchase of Hyundai accent Car of Rs. 2,50,000/- in Dec 10.’from the date I was paying the EMI of rs. 8611/- regularly in every month, I asked for the stetment after the year end (march 12.’) it was observed that AFC are added to my statement. I wrote letetr to Sundaram finance to waive off the charges or else I will stop the EMI payment & put the matter in Consumer forum. after my second letter to waive off the charges & regularise the EMI’s to them, I recevived notice from one of the adcocate (Mrs. Seema Nair, Navi Mumbai) on behalf of Sundaram Finance. I look forward for your kind co-operation on the matter.
