ADDITIONAL CHARGE IN MY IDEA POST PAID CONNECTION

Name of company/service: IDEA CELLULAR SERVICE

Dear Sir,

this is in reference to my Mobile Bill generated on 15th of May
2012 ( Mob No: 9744021201, Ameer ali K, Kangirangadan House, Pang
south, Malappuram, Kerala). the detailed Bill shows that I have been
charged for nearly 1400 SMS @ of RS 1.50 per SMS. I have not send
such an SMS from my mobile and I dont know that for what purpose the
SMS has been send for. The number to which the SMS has been send is
+918527121333 .

Kindly check and get back for what reason the SMS has been send
for and How it happened, and also take the necessary steps to
reimburse back the additional amount which have been charged for SMS
to that particular.

I am bere by attaching the detailed mobile Bill. And the Numbers
Highlited in yellow shows the SMS.
