respected Sir ,
I have a post paid account with vodafone
telecom for mobile in mumbai since last 10 years .
Since this month there operators have
started activating schemes one after the
other without my knowledge and consent.
despite repeated emails to them. the schemes remain activated sayin that i am not reachable . when there marketing guys keep calling up for marketing services and inspite of telling them not to activate services they do so .
vodafone is misusing its postion as a service provider activating internet gprs and 3g accounts . Its more of hustling these schemes down a consumers throat in order to inflate the bills.
i request the forum for help in order to address vodafone for this mischevious tactics they are adopting .
