i am using airtel broad band services since three years, without my knowledge airtel people have activated a top up plan of 1499 rs , same time through sms i came to know this plan has been activated, same time i spoke to customer care executive and same time i sent mail to all airtel authorize officers, they didnt reply my mail, and finally they sent all the bill also, all the mail which i sent to them , i can produce for evidence , i would like to bring in notice, telecom company like airtel how they are cheating customer. i would be awaiting for your kind response what i should do next.
