Activation of hello tune

Location/place: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi

Name of company/service: Airtel

Hello sir,

I am using Airtel prepaid conncetion (Number is 09650877451 ).Today i was received the SMS from the airtel saying that Thank you for choosing Hello Tunes.You have been charged Rs.30/. and one more SMS saying that Your callers will hear Airtel Jingle-New as your hello tune.Airtel peoples are deducted Rs.30 and Rs.15 for hello tune services without any information and i was not requested for hello services to any body and i was not send any SMS to any body.but Airtel peoples are deducted Rs.45 from my account.I called customer care and asked regarding hello tune activation,they told me that hello tune team has activated this services.i asked to cancel it and refund the Rs.45/(Because i was not asked any request to activate this services to any body) to my account,the told me that service charges will going to cut(Rs.45). and it will not going to refund it back. SMS say that reference number is CHTWC20707116.They were not refunded any amount to my account.

This is very very very very bad.without any request Airtel peoples are activating the hello tune services and deducting the amount,If i ask they told service charges will go to cut from my account.Please refund my amount of Rs.45. to my account immediatly.
