ACTIVATION ISSUE

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

i with my four friends purchased docomo prepaid sim from Mobile Store situated in Ekkattuthangal,Chennai on 23rd may 2012. After two days we received a message that our documents are not submitted and the service will be terminated within 24 hours. the next day we approched the vendor at Mobile Store and tell him about the message, he told us that yes he has not submitted the papers and will do it today.He ensure us that our number will not be terminated.But after 2-3 days we again recevied the message that documents are not submitted, then we again went to he Mobile Store and asked the vendor about the message, then he told us that your documents are rejected and told us to provide some local address or office ID card. then on friday 08th June 2012 we submitted the local address proof (office ID) as told by vendor. he said it will be activated by monday but unfortunately it is not activated untill friday i.e 15th june 2012. we are fed up of going to mobile store and submitting to documents again and again and talking to customer care even they are not responding.
