Activating services without our permition and charging

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

dear sir i got call from callcenter to activate call me tune but i refused even though they activated and deducted 50 Rs on 28-11-2012 and today i.e 30-11-2012 without my permition they activated jokes and deducted Rs30 so please verify the same and cancel all those unwanted things and revert my money to my account
