Activating Services and Chargind on Contrary

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication

Dear Sir,

I am using Reliance Mobile – 9595921001. The unnecessary and unwanted services getting activated in my mobile without putting any request and charging me on contrary.
The only thing I need help , I want my money back from Reliance Communication for cheating me. And I would like the government take action on this!
