airtel company has charged 1 rupees for activating music pack on my number which i never requested to be activated. after calling to their customer care their executive replied very rudely and put the call on hold for 15 minutes to put his senior on line. after waiting 15 minutes i realized that no one is going to answer my call.
these type of services are frequently being activated by company and customers are being charged.
