Dear Sir,
I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 through Flipkart on 7th June’12. In that special offer of Movies worth Rs1999 + Games (including HD Premium Games) worth Rs 1999 was supposed to be given free of cost. I made the SMS as instructed on the site and browsed the movies and games for the Special offer as suggested by them.
But when i checked my mobile balance in the same, the bill amount came as Rs.2326.98 for May-June’12 duration as generated by Idea Post Mobile Service Provider and all my calls and internet had also been previously blocked. If this special offer had been issued then this disproportional bill should not have come.
Therefore, kindly listen my grievance and help me in getting full compensation regarding this amount as this amount should not be deducted from me which should have been free of cost.
Also I am not in a good position to pay that much amount due to my financial problem.
Your cooperation and help in this regard is highly solicited.
The agencies Flipkart, Idea Cellular and
Samsung are not listening my complain carefully.
Please guide and suggest me what to do.
