Dear Sir/Madam,
Recently we have relocated to Hyderabad and needed a service provider to install our Acquaguard R.O. System. So, we called up Just dial to get the number of nearest one and they provided a number of Kondapur locality i.e. 040-64565638. In the beginning they talked politely and sent a person named Balu who checked and told us to change all the 3 filters and candle. We, by trusting him got all the 3 filters changed and for candle he said, he will come tommorrow because it need not to be changed and working well just its screw has to be changed. But after that when he didn’t come for 2 days we called at their number on which firstly we called( mentioned above). The lady their told she will send him in the evening but again the same-nobody came. After getting frustrating I tried calling at this same number but its switched off. The address and phone number written on receipt we had got for changing the filters i.e. -9393257769, 8019949985(Head office) and 9866689162, 9849496398(Branch office) all are switched off. From then everyday I am trying all the numbers including service man-balu.
Kindly look into the matter so that people like them could not do this kind of thing again.
