Acer laptop not yet repaired

Hi there,
My name is Rajesh Kumar Pant .I had bought ACER 4736Z model in Jan-Feb 2009 from Care Solutions outlet and currently it is under warranty .From 27th sept 2010,it has not been working and currently lying at Acer Customer Service Center at Ahmadabad .Its case Id is – 092710- 539 .The service center fellow told me that there was some problem with the Motherboard and it has to be replaced with a new one.So he ordered for that part for delivery to the delivery center .22 days have gone till now ,but the part has not reached at the service center .I cannot work without my laptop for so many days .I had called at the toll free number many times,but they do not know upto when the part will be delivered to the service center at Ahmadabad.Please do the needful as soon as possible .I guess that at your end ,there would be someone to track the record what the customer is asking for, but it is really frustrating that customer complaints are not entertained at all .I am very disappointed with the kind of service I have been provided.I hope you will consider my complains and help me out so that I do not go for lodging a complain in the consumer forum.
