Hi I have recharged my account with 2228/- to activate AP Super Star HD pack, and the pack was activated and to my surprise some of telugu channels were missing, but name suggests AP, not even single telugu channels were part of it, before recharging i was told by CC, that all telugu channels were part of it and now nothing. so i have added 4 channels as Ala carte, now today (30th May), account was suspended due to low balance. What going on Airtel. Now i want to cancel and refund my money or change my pack, as i can recharge some amount.
