Accel Frontline not replacing my product

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Accel Frontline

I gave my Transcend 8GB Micro SD card in Accel frontline service center (in
Nehru place, New Delhi) as I cannot cut,copy,paste,add,delete or
format it.. nd now (after 36 days) its (status) is showing:

“Blocked for allocation- Escalated items” (see d attachment).

I dont know what does it mean..???? nd also y der is such a
delay in replacing product.. I hv kingston’s product as well… dey
replace it hand 2 hand…

Then y more than 1 month nd still no action..??????
