On Friday – 14th May 2010 around 0530 pm received a call from Mr. Rangaswamy (9900127455) and informed me to give the complete name so that they can arrange for the amount refund. Initially I was surprised and shocked after many mails there was no response from Samsung team however one person had come down to collect the invoice copy and informed that replacement would be arranged shortly; hence enquired Mr Rangaswamy why this decision of refund has been taken by Samsung instead of replacement; to my shock he informed that the unit purchased by me just 3 months back is not in the product range now so that the replacement is not considered. With this situation this very clearly indicates that Samsung Products which are out dated and non functional ones are sold to customer to make quick money and put customer in hardship.
With all above things considered and repairs carried on the unit on three occasion without solving the issue; it make very clear case of Fraud transaction to customer with joining hands with Pai International from Samsung company which is to be one of the reputed company in the market.
With Samsung agreeing that they have made fraud transaction to the customer and agreed to refund the amount I request you to make a demand draft in favor of T V Dhanaraj for the cost of unit purchased along with interest for the period; installation charges spend; damage toward civil work & painting and the pain going thro with Samsung. The details of the amount to be refunded is as follows –
Cost of the Unit INR 20000
Interest INR 05000
Installation charge INR 03000
Civil damage INR 10000
Mental pain INR 20000
Electricity charge INR 02000
TOTAL INR 60000 (Sixty Thousand)
Appreciate your refund as mentioned above immediately; any further delay of refund beyond a week – 21st May 2010 additional interest has to be paid.
As this is the case of Fraud selling to the customer; marking this mail to the Department of Consumer Forum to have this case registered.
Looking for immediately settlement of the issue.
