Please Don’t buy the Hitachi product .My A.C has Failed For Last One year .Yet They have Not resole Our Problems till date .Please don’t buy . Because this not durable
we cal up customer care 20 time in his with toll free number .but nothing has been don .
I had a problem In AC-Fan ( Sound problem ) in April 2012 .I complaint to air conditioner point .He reply us this is due to servicing problem.
He had come to our home and wash the air conditioner done the Servicing . After Two month left Our Ac- Fan Has Stop .Again I call up To Air Conditioner Point . 15 July time 12.30am
Again he come to our home on 23th july time 9.30 am and check the fan and told us You fan is fail and this not workable .He take my fan to his shop .After Two day left I call up . What about my fan .He told that your purchasing guaranty is expired now .You are purchasing date now 1 year 2 month are left .This is not replace now .So We can take a money For new fan. and this 3 Mouth guaranty
There is no mention in bill this one year guaranty .
My Question Is this Japan Technology only One Year two mouth is Workable .
Where We go now after September winter is start if fan is not workable again we replace. ?
