We had bought a hitachi window AC from vijay Sales (lajpat nagar, new delhi) in the name of Mr. Ashish Talwar (9999990308) on 7th April’12
The remote of the AC was not working and we complaint. Someone from Hitachi visited us and took the remote for repair. Since then the remote is missing and its been exactly 3 months now.
The service centre in Okhla is also not responding.
