AC not working
Location/place: Meerut City-250002
Name of company/service: VOLTAS Co.
It has been a week since i have registered my complaint against VOLTAS and Bhasin Brothers (the dealer from whom i have purchased my air conditioner) but still i havn’t received any response from their side.
I lodged my complaint to Bhasin Brothers on Sunday i.e. on 2/6/2013 as my AC was not working properly and later to VOLTAS co. also but still waiting for a response from their side.
Is there any hope for consumers like us ? Please help me.
Hope i’ll get a positive respone from your side soon.
