My Windows AC 1.5 Ton was taken by LG Customer Care / Workshop at NOIDA Sector – 63 on 02 July (Complaints Registered on 01 Jul 12) vide Job No RNA120701003166. It has been 15 days but the AC has not been returned. I visited the workshop personally on 13 Jul and was told that the AC would be returned on 14 but this was not done. The Customer Care (18601809999) has been contacted six of seven times but everytime says that they will forward teh complaint to the superior and I should expect a call form them not not body ever calls. The workshop numbers also do not respond at all.
