I bought my AC almost 5years back and I used vrer very sparingly but it got compliant for both units . I informed the technition regharding the warranty but they told me I have to bear the expense for carrying the unit to their service center and also I want to raise one more issue. My Ac used very sparingly before completing 1 year it got complaint and how it got complained so fastly. and after that I am not satisfied withe perfomance because the cooling is low. But I leaved the matter now again the AC is not at all working. I need company has to repair the Ac without charges. I have atrust on LG thats why I choose LG rather companies.
And also I contacted the local service people of LG in kerala but they didnt turned up to the issue. So pleae look into the matter
