Name of company/service: godrej

we have purchaged for godrej window a/c 1.5 ton capecity on 19/04/2009, in m/s cool bird a/c ,pitam pura delhi,but my a/c not colling 20/08/2009, we have regestred complaint for godrej company in september and 15/04/2010-complaint no-239982 and again 246544,247183, but this company not acttion propperly and that my a/c shout down but company not action .we have again this time a complaint for company 24/05/2012 -228689 ,and company reprenstative dimand rs 2200/ for a/c gas and we have paid. and this time after this a/c not working .
