Dear Sir,
I have a prepaid mobile conection of Airtel no. +91-7250310909 of the name of Chandrika Singh from lat one year.
but so many times Airtel debit my a\c balance for so many reasons like songs charges ,coller tunes charges etc. approx amout Rs. 120.00 from lat six months. When ever i contact with Airtel Customer care they reply me you have request for this service so, charge had debited but i never request any type of services & i gurtanteed told us no any service requested from my end if have then they proof it. So, Now i have fedup from Airtel subscriber & i required all debited amount refund in my said mobile no. as per as possible.
kindly take necessary actions against my issue immediately otherwise i take further steps against this.
