abuse on call and lapes in servies providing

Respected madam/sir my self shiv pratap Singh
from kanpur up.
i have a net connect+ usb modam which is given by Mr. Rajesh dubey
under supervision of rishabh Sharma(team leader).

Madam my net plane is activated on last month but bill of this plane
is not deposit to me till last night(approx 35 days) and also my net
connect plane modam is not give the showing speed.

Madam other major problam is when is call the team leader Mr. Rishabh
sharma then they talk with me in very abuse language.

plz resolve my problam madam in short time ; i m very thank full to
you and plz contact your team leader Mr. rishabh Sharma and take the
en-query for this matter .
