I would like to inform you that my connection has been abruptly terminated from 23/08/2010 at 2.25 pm onwards. the error code is 6 but my account has a balance of 104 rupees expiring on 10 september. i talked yesterday with 3 customer care executives & they all told me that connection will start within 45 minutes but nothing happened & my entire day was wasted.I called one guy at around 8:20 pm & he tells that he has registered the complaint & engineer will come today but no one has attended.Now when i called at costumer care that guy tells me that no such complaint has been registered & he tells that the problem is due to piracy or some other connection taken from our connection so services have been halted BUT i am totally shocked because no such thing has ever happened .THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS & I FIRMLY REQUEST YOU TO RESTART THE CONNECTION.Do consider my complaint as soon as possible as I am not at fault anywhere but your company is .I had sent a mail but even that is not responded.The customer care executives themselves dont have any proper knowledge.
