My TaTa docomo prepaid no is 8960442877. The problem is that I am calling a number in Afghanistan but it takes too costly near abut 15/min. So I decided to call docomo for inquiry of stv recharge .The customer care executive told me to recharge 34 Rupees ISD STV.He also told me that
after recharge your call rate to Afganistan goes 5.50/min so on 8/6/2012 I recharged 34 rupees stv then 120rupees reacharge then 500 rupees recharge after
recharge I call to Afghanistan but the call rates doesn’t change then once again I call customer care they told me today is server problem call later so when I call again they told me their is not any stv for call to Afghanistan and You have to pay same rates.
I requested him that your customer care executive miss guide me about stv but she said the docomo is not responsible for your loss. so what i have came here please refund my money as soon as possible
