Hi,
My name is umehs v. mahamune. I used to work in Magic N Colors Pvt. LTD. from 19 dec 2011 to 17 July 2012. That time company managment deduct my salary about PF & other allounces. after I resign that company I was tried to apply PF but when we reach PF office we realise company not open anyone PF account from last 3 years. We request company CEO Sanjay Kommera, But he ignore us & giving date everytime.
Now we realise he cheat us not me only he hasn’t give 3 month salary to other 40 to 50 employee. they also taking legal action. I want justice
I have all documents & proofs against him. I will do anything for justice. Whatever he will give or not my PF but I want to save other people to become fool by him.
