i had done marketing on www.zovi.com on 04 July 2012 order number CES97 and done advance payment through net banking.the delivery date given was 10 July 2012.but till now 18/07/2012 i didn’t get my delivery.every time i talk to customer care they are replying that there is problem with courier company and asking for more time.
please do the needful at your end.
