Respected Sir / Madam,
I purchased a walky phone no 022 64248665 from TRISHALA MARKETING area distributor of TATA INDICOM on 15/10/2009, But after two days it off, I contacted that distributor & customer care of TATA INDICOM it takes 20 days to restart after 10 days i refill that walky for extend the validity on 15/11/09, But on that day my balance amount Rs 2345/- deducted. From that day i send 20 mails to TATA INDICOM contact area distributor & area manager Mr. Harendra Singh of TATA INDICOM. Still i didnt get my balance amount back. Kindly requesting you to do something to get my money back.
