Name of company/service: Airtel bharti
I requested 2 times porting out from Airtel ince 4th june 2011. When i was send SMS to 1900 for 1st time. i get unique id and it was expired 19th june 2011.
Before 19th june 1 get 2-3 call from airtel about why i am porting out and give some foolish schemes. I clearly told that i am intrested in that and they insure me again and again how they will provide me good service and all. but i dont trust them any more becouse since last 2 years i complainted about there poor network.
As soon as i put my call they started 1 of there service on my number as own decision. when i call back them they told that ur request will be resolve on 20th june.
Then after 2 days i requested for porting ones again that unique id will be expire on 5th july 2011. Lat 8 days i dont get any sms any call from my new service provider because airtel not proceeding my request further.
This type of response from airtel i never expected. now further what to do?
shall put any compaint on TRAI?
