I am ajinkya from pune I have booked pental penta tpad is701r by prebooking amount of 3250+shiping chareges 249 i.e total amount of rs 3249 on 1st of june.. They mentioned in the mail that after submisiion of uir amount ur payment updateion will be done in 24-96 hrs.. But my payment updation is done on 10th of june. At that i receive an email that ur updation is confirm and u will get ur produch between 24 to 96 hrs.. But it has been gone 8 days from payment updataion and 18 days from actuallu i paid the amount.. And i call the customer care number every time they are saying that ur tab will receive in 10 to 12 days.. And the customer care care number is also not a toll free number today afternooni called the customer care number and i was in the queue from 25 mins but still they are not answering so i rejected the call thn i call again and waas in queue for 15 mins after i end the call.. Affter three i again called the customer care number and was in the queue for 13 mins they received the call and told me that u have to wait for 12 days more.. this my complaint they are not following there commitments.. Please take the right action…
