    DEAR,SIR/MADAM..
    I have purchased a Tata Indica Car No.UP-53AB9209 from M/S Hansraj Motors Pvt. Ltd. Gorakhpur on 06-06-2006 an authorized dealer of M/s Tata Motors.I have sent my car for servicing on 14-10-2008 on the same date evening the partner of the said firm Mr.Vishal Tuli has informed me that some parts like N.L.S. is not working properly and it is must be change.I have given my concent to change it and after paying Rs.10500/-.I have got back(04-11-2008) my car but unfortunately in test drive,I have seen an indication of check engine. On complaining Mr.Vishal Tuli a partner of the said firm,since the workshop is being closed,it is not possible to check at this time.Tommorow morning,I will send a mechanic who will check your vehicle and will carry at workshop,If necessary.After various reminder on 07-11-2008 he sent a mechanic who will carry the car at his workshop..
    Now a very surprised answer was received from the workshop that your N.L.S. is correct and it is not to be changed but E.C.U. and Reck & pinion is damaged.It will of Rs.30,000/-.It you will pay the amount in advance then it is being repaired.
    I have passed this message to Tata motors Head office,Mumbai and Area Manager,LUCKNOW.
    In this irresponsible behavior of Tata motors & M/s.Hansraj Motors Pvt.Ltd.I have been suffered from a long period but none is ready to hear…….
    I hope by your medium there may be some positive and truthful decision in future.No consumer will do these type of cheating activity…..
