A packet was sent from dehradun to Assam by plus service of dtdc on 12th Nov’12 vide consignment no. V10245558. it has not been delivered till date though it was claimed to be delivered within 3 days. two mails have been sent to its customer service and there is no response at all. its simply breach of trust and misguiding the customer.
