a in-legally 4 stored building along with a in-legal industry

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is for your kind information that i beg to inform u that we live in a totally residential area but one industrialist build a in-legally 4 stored building along with a in-legal industry (132/133/11 &131/1 Mahendra Bhattacharya road PO- Santragachi P.S- chatterjeehut Under Shibpur P.S. Howrah-711104 in this area. which is in front of my house.This industry sped the air & noise pollution.and it is not good for our health. I protest it then he threads me. And i can do the several time G.D at our near P.S.Chatterjeehut. But the police is also helpless in front of the rich industrialist,Mr Rathin Chatterjee. Mr Rathin Chatterjee & His servant & met servant Rabindra Nath, Panchu, Mira & His drivers after that attempt on my sons who are just 5 years & 6 years.
I beg to request to kindly save my sons from that industrialist. He attempt on to my son several time. The police is also helpless in front of that industrialist Mr. Rathin Chatterjee (Holding no 132/133/11 Mahendra Bhattacharya Road PO- Santragachi P.S- chatterjeehut Under Shibpur P.S. Howrah-711104). Because our area is totally residential area but he builds an industry in this area. Which is in front of my house.This industry sped the air & noise pollution. I protest it then he threads me. And I can do the several times G.D at our near P.S.Chatterjeehut. After that he attempt on my sons who are just 5 years & 6 years.

Again I have complained to the police, but they done only GD. Not more than anything.
I hope you solved this problem as soon as possible.
