A Hitachi A/C not working

A Hitachi make A/C 1.5 TON CAPACITY MODEL NO.RAW-318KSD SL.NO.120 D39876 purchage from SONY ELECTRONICS OPP.sainik petrol pump,106/8 civil lines Bareilly on dated 2/5/2012 is not working.A complaint has been registered on dated 2/6/2012 through TOLL FREE NO.,COMLAINT NO. 12060202737 and they promised me that problem will be rectfied within 24 hours but still problem is as it is.I also phone to
various telephone nos of service center & dealer.everybody promised me but
