sir..i have bought hitachi ac from arvind electronics prem nagar ambala city in the mid of 2010..when i had bought this ac it was working properly but now it’s not working…sir i have lodged this complaint to the owner of arvind electronics but he hasnt taken any action…even the free services of ac is pending and he hasnt sent anyone for the sevice…he harassed me…when i lodged this complaint to hitachi customer care they said they will sort out the problem in 48 hours but they have not come yet….please take an appropriate action as soon as possible
