Phoenix ARC Pvt. Ltd. is the company which has shown that i have taken credit card and used and have not paid back. this is false charge, i never knew such company and have never taken any loan from it.

Phoenix ARC is nothing but a benami of Kotak Mahindra Bank. Since Kotak do not have any client base, the bank has formed this benami to buy NPAs of all Indian banks. After buying these NPAs, the ARC uses goons and rowdies to recover these loans from the customers. That is the only source of income for Kotak Mahindra Bank. So, if I understand correctly, this credit card account of yours should have been with another bank and you haven’t settled that account. So, now this benami of Kotak Mahindra is trying to send goons to your home and terrorize you.
