i had made a booking in one of the hotels in kochi through cleartrip.com on 25th july 2012 for 27th july 2012. But due to some reasons i had to cancel it within an hour. Now i should have been refunded my money which is close to 13000 rupees. But the cleartrip person tells me that the policy says that i should have cancelled 72 hours before my check in date. But that was not possoble because i had made the booking after that stipulated time and i have been charged the entire sum of money . I want justice and my money should be refunded. PLease help me with this case .
