I am an existing user of LG LCD TV 32”. I had taken AMC for my LG LCD TV. Recently my TV was not working with No Video and Audio coming, even though the power was coming. Accordingly I had placed a complaint in LG Customer Care on 28-July-2012 with Request Number RNA 120728037785. I was told that an engineer Ashok Mishra will call me to fix an appointment for visiting my house. However no engineer called or visited. Accordingly I would have placed around 10-15 calls daily to make a reminder, but with no use. Hence I had escalated the matter to senior official Jitender with Mobile Number 8860622629. He promised that an engineer will call within 24 hours. But after 3 days a person by name suman called and confirmed the date and timing, but he never visited. I have been calling him atleast 5 times daily, but he speaks in a rude voice and in a very casual and a lethargic attitude, saying that he is in a meeting and will call me back, but never calls me.
This is the second instance with LG as earlier I had faced lot of problem with LG in Air-conditioning Servicing. I find that LGs executive forcefully takes AMC order from customers and cheat people and never attends to faults after taking the AMC. This is the regular practice being followed by LG.
I would request you to investigate in this matter and take very severe action against the above mentioned names who were involved in this case and also solve my problem of rectifying the defect in my TV.
