i have a issue regarding my email id [email protected] , from july onwards i was getting ebill from vodafone, regarding no. 8554980723 which is not mine when i called them they said call on the no. 8554980723 and sort out the issue when i called it was not reachable , i wrte a mail on corporatecare and vodafone.del regarding the issue in return i got a reply that they have forwarded the concern and vodafone maharashtra team will help i called on the no. provided by them 09823098230 hw said said contact delhi team bcoz the no that you have called from that is 7838733837 is frm delhi, i told him that i have an issue regarding mHarashtra number, he hold the line and after that he said take your documents and visit nearest vodafone store when i asked him about the documents he didnt know which documents
he was jst getting away with the situation the way vodafone.del did in the below mentioned mail by saying contact maharashtra team
This is not the first time i m getting harrased by vodafone
whether its regarding credit limit, whether bill payment and gprs. there was always delay. i have to poke you each and every day to get my things done.
Please address this issue

I need detailed clarification on that
when i called on this number 8554980723 it was not reachable
If i dont get the detailed clarification , I am going to take legal action towards the company for using my email id without my knowledge.
