my nokia E63 sink in water.i went to nokia care(khurja) on 11-07-2012.they told me that screen is damaged & new screen required.
i told them for new screen.they prepared a bill of rs 2560 & gave me SERVICE JOB SHEET & told me to receive the product on 16-07-2012.
on 16 i went there in the morning..i received the product but the screen was very dull & had the whitespots all over the screen..i complained…
then they told me to deposit the service bill..& told me to take this phone to home & come in the next morning..the screen will be replaced..but i refuged.
after that in the next morning they told me to come in the evening…at evening they told me to come in the next morning …..this process continues…& i did’t
receive my mob yet..
