ON INSTALLING 2ND CONNECTION OF VIDIOCON D2H ERROR OCCURED IN TY SCREEN FOR WHICH COMPLAINT WAS REG. ON 13/6/2012. WHEN COMPLAINT WAS ATTENDED ANOTHER COMPLAINT IS GENERATEDFOR WHICH COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE COMPANY ON 11/07/12. COMPANY HAS NOT SENT ANY ENGINEER AND CLOSED ATE COMPLAINT. NOW WHEN I ASK THE COMPANY TO RECTIFY THE COMPLAINT, THEY ASK ME CARD NO. OF THE PRODUCT WHICH IS NOT GIVEN TO ME BY THE COMPANY. I HAVE SPENT LARGE AMOUNT OF MOBILE BILL BUT COUDNOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. COMPANY DENISE TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT WITHOUT CARD NO. NOW PLEASE HELP ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.MY MOB. NO IS 9810385365
