I am Rahul Agrawal here. I recently purchased an iPod Touch 64Gb 4th generation on Saturday 14th July, 2012. I noticed scratch marks on the back metal panel of the iPod. I reported this matter on the same day to the manager of the store from where i purchased the product. But the store was not ready to give me a fresh piece and I was left with no option but to use the damaged product.

I am a regular Apple user with having purchased iPad and iPod before. But I have never faced such dissatisfaction.

I request you to look into this matter and give me an appropriate solution as I have doubts of the brand Apple having genuineness in its new products.
