Bloody airtel people! Will someone tell them changing their logo & tune won’t work until they change their values and start being ethical? I cancelled my airtel broadband service on 26th September as I was being transferred. And they promised to return my deposit of 3000 rs in 45 working days. 3 months and numerous phone calls and complaints later, they are still continued charging me and deducted the 3000rs of my deposit on 9th December,2010. The customer care executives are disconnecting my call. I am bloody frustrated now & just want to press charges against these cheats.
