Name of company/service: TIKONA
Inspite of continously calling Tikona customer service for 8 days, the internet service is not operational at my home. They have been making false promises of sending technician to home for checking but later on not sending anyone. I am fed up with their customer service.
They recruit/outsource to the worse set of people who keep you on hold for minimum 3-4 minutes for every trivial issue.
