6 inflated bills due to improper bill plan change

Location/place: Hyderabad, A.P.

Name of company/service: Photon Plus service from TATA DOCOMO

Since my Bill Dated 5/4/2013, my Photon Plus (no. 9246835467) Bill Plan has not been changed properly – from earlier 500Rental/512MBData to new 550Rental/1GBData. I am paying for increased rental, increased tax & cess on that, but not been given 1GB Free Data for usage. Complaints to Email us at [email protected], to TATA DOCOMO Photon toll free number: 1800-266-121, to Twitter account, do NOT work. I want to slap harassment charges as well, now that 6 months went by & it is still not resolved.

    As per the discussion over call, we would like to inform you that there is no wrong billing and you have been charged correctly as per your bill plan and also your concern regarding the wrong bill display has been resolved and no issue now.
