   I am using Tata Docomo 250 full talk time n internet plan. Every time I go online some how rs.49 is deducted from my TT. I am very disappointed by your telecom service.

   Respected sir, my name is adeeb and my number is 9037612221 and gmail id is [email protected] . Today morning when I surfed through the net I got a message that I have been deducted with 49 rupees. For what I didn’t get because I havnt activated any pack other than internet and sms which is having still validity. When I called the costumer care she said that without activating for self this won’t happen. When I said I didn’t do such thing she repeats the same. For the first time someone was harsh like this in costumer care. I require my refund it is who have more value for our money. Refund my 49 rupees.

   Sir I am adeeb Mustafa my number is 9037612221. I have complained once about deduction of my money. Still it keeps on going like that only today they deducted 10 rupees each two times and s message came I activated EPL. which I didn’t. I complaint to customer he said the same and too said that to put service message to off in my message setting there weren’t any option like that. Please sir I have been trying to stay in Tata Docomo even though I had experience like this if it foes like this I feel sorry for you guys. Please refund it and stop this cruelty.

   Sir,
   today somehow my main account balance was deducted with Rs.49/- and later I used live chat support of your customer executive , he refunded just 30/- after lots of request and didn’t lodged the complaint.
   what about the remaining 19/-
   first of all you guys deduct 49/- then say money can’t be refunded and after asking for complaint lodging, 30/- balance was agreed as a goodwill for refund as if the Customer care was bargaining for refund.
   please refund the remaining 19/-
