I have bought a dining table with 4 chairs from POOJA INTERIORS on 04.08.2012. The set was delivered on 06.08.2012 evening 8.30 p.m. On delivery after fittings two chairs have been found to be uneven i.e. the all the legs of the chair are not of equal length after fittings and therefore the chairs are rocking. On my visit to the shop the shop-owner refused to change because according to him this is not a defect and can be mend by external fitting of chair shoe on the shorter leg. He behaved very rudely and was not paying any heed to my grievance. He even humiliated me in the presence of other customers and his employees. I shall be obliged if this issue is taken care of as soon as possible.
