I have purchased a Airtel Prepaid 3G USB Modem for the fast access of internet services. on 10th June 2012 I have recharged with Rs.750 for the 4GB 7.2 MBPS plan. It was worked fine for few minutes then speed drooped to 50 to 60kbps against airtel claims for 7.2 mbps speed. i have registered a complaint to the customer care regarding this issue. They assure me to resolve this issue within 48 hrs but it was not resolved so on my 2nd complain they reopened the same complain again and give me assurance to resolve it within 48hrs again. But it was not resolved again and now they are offering me to reopen the same complain again for 3rd time and asking me to wait for more 48 hrs. As against 30 days of validity for the recharge my 6 days already wasted so i want my full money refund as i don’t want to use this airtel connection anymore.
